![]() | Mr. Lowe has been practicing law for over 50 years. He is a high-energy, skilled and fearless litigator, having tried hundreds of cases over the years. He graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall and has been a member of the California Bar since 1962 and a member of the Marshall Islands Bar since the Trust Territory days. Mr. Lowe is a walking encyclopedia on Marshall Islands law, culture, and politics. Although based in California, Mr. Lowe continues to maintain an active practice in the Marshall Islands and works with The McCaffrey Firm on a case by case basis.
